Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup capsicum (red , green ,yellow)
- 3 Cardomom
- 4 cloves
- 1 inch cinamon stick
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsps redchilli powder
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 cups water hot

Instructions
- soak the rice for 10 mins and drain it
- In a pan add butter , when it is melted add cardomom , clove , cinnamon and pepper corns saute then add drained rice then turmeric pdr , chilli powder and saute for 2 mins until raw smell of powders then add capsicum chopped saute add the hot water , salt n cook till done
